The Erebus Motorsport pit wall during a race

Our team: Erebus Motorsport

Erebus Motorsport was founded in 2011 by team owner Betty Klimenko. After a rich history in GT racing in Australia and abroad, Betty took the bold step of buying a Supercars team and giving it the Erebus name. The move from Queensland to Melbourne in 2016 marked a turning point.

Choosing quality over quantity, Erebus built a squad able to take on the giants. In 2017 it won the Bathurst 1000, becoming only the second team to win both the Bathurst 12 Hour and the Bathurst 1000.

In 2023 Erebus won both the Drivers’ and Teams’ Championships. It answered a tough start to 2024 by winning the Bathurst 1000 again, then Race 22 at the Gold Coast 500. 2026 opens a new chapter, built on young drivers stepping up and a determined return to the winner’s circle, in partnership with TotalEnergies.
