Shipping policy

At TotalEnergies Marketing Australia, we partner with trusted industrial freight carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of our lubricants and fluids nationwide. All orders are packed securely to prevent leaks or damage in transit.

1. Shipping Locations

  • AustraliaWide Delivery: We ship to most addresses within Australia.
  • Remote Areas: Some remote or offshore locations may incur additional surcharges. If delivery is not possible, we will contact you promptly to discuss options or provide a full refund.
  • No International Shipping: We currently ship only within Australia.

2. Rates & Weight-Based Shipping

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight and delivery postcode.
  • Heavy Goods Disclaimer: Due to weight of oil products (e.g., a 20L drum weighs approximately 18–20kg), we use industrial freight couriers instead of standard post to ensure safe, compliant handling.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Perth Metro: 1–3 business days.
  • WA Regional: 3–7 business days.
  • Interstate (Major Cities): 5–10 business days.
  • Interstate (Regional): 7–14 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather, or unforeseen operational issues.

4. P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers

A physical delivery address is required. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, Australia Post Parcel Lockers, or similar services.

5. Business Deliveries

For business addresses, please ensure someone is available to receive goods during standard business hours. If a delivery attempt fails due to no access or no one available to receive the goods, redelivery fees may apply.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

You may request "Authority to Leave" in the order notes at checkout. By selecting ATL, you acknowledge that:

·       The courier may leave the goods unattended at your premises.

·       TotalEnergies Marketing Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

7. Leakage & Damaged Goods

We take all precautions to prevent leaks and damage. If your package arrives damaged:

  1. If visible damage is present, do not sign for the delivery.
  2. Take clear photos of the package as received.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at au-orders@totalenergies.com with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or provide next steps.

8. Click & Collect (Free Pickup)

You can still choose to collect your order for free from our Maddington warehouse.

  • Location: 22 Wildfire Road, Maddington WA 6109
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Please wait for a ‘Ready for Pickup’ email before arriving. (Photo ID may be required for collection.)

9. Failed Delivery / Redelivery Fees

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or no one available to receive, the carrier may charge redelivery or returntosender fees. These fees may be passed on to the customer.

10. General Legal Disclaimer

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. TotalEnergies Marketing Australia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, adverse weather, peak season congestion, customs/border events, strikes, or other factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, TotalEnergies Marketing Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays (including loss of business or downtime).
